Curt Wyatt is an agent of variety because real estate was not his first career. Curt began his professional life in managing large agricultural properties for institutional investors. He was also has over 25 years’ experience in tax and finance, estate succession and estate planning.
He was senior trust advisor and was the CFO of a private equity firm that developed neighborhoods in Palm Desert, Indian Wells, California.
In 2008, Curt and his wife, Dana, moved to the Indianapolis area. Here, Curt discovered his knack for real estate. Together, Curt and Dana created a successful team where Curt focused on buyers’ clients and Dana with listings.
In 2015, the duo moved to the Atlanta area to be closer to their children and their growing families. Both of them continued their real estate success with Keller Williams. Curt made his way in the top 10% of Atlanta REALTORS® Board.
Curt is returning back to his real estate roots and joining The Metken Team with RE/MAX Ascent. Being a buyer’s specialist is Curts passion and will be the team’s buyer agent. With his past in law school, Curt has great negotiation skills and pays attention to details. Curt will give his buyer clients quality service and help them find the right buy.
Curt is a graduate of the University of Missouri with degrees in Agriculture and Economics and holds an MBA in Finance from USC. In his free time, he enjoys playing social tennis, he even was a USTA tennis official and has officiated juniors, adult league, college and professional tournaments. Curt and Dana have four children.
